Application for New Water Connections
1. Musoma Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (MUWASA) has procedures for the new Customers who wish to be connected with Water network as follows:
2. A new customer who wants to be connected with water services is supposed to fill the application form. These forms are available at our office free of charge.
3. After filling the application form, we MUWASA will survey the customer premise to identify the point of connection and materials required for connection.
4. Then the Customers will make payments as the connection fee and then purchase the required connection materials and fittings from any suppliers and must meet the quality needed by MUWASA.
5. The last step is to make connection and this job is done by the Zone Officers.
